At Y R U, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Y R U box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
